Jamie is an actor, writer and director residing in St. Catharines. No stranger to Norm Foster's work Jamie has performed in 19 Foster productions. You may remember him as John in our 2016 production of Foster's Here on the Flight Path and as Blake Wellner in our 2019 production of the Foster world premiere, The Writer.
Mairi Babb, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Mairi Babb is a Toronto-based actor, originally from Ireland, who came to Toronto via Winnipeg, MB. She is no stranger to Norm Foster’s work having performed in Foster plays such as Screwball Comedy, Hilda’s Yard and The Ladies Foursome in theatres across Ontario, as well as Foster's The Last Resort out in Charlottetown PEI.
Monica Dufault, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Monica Dufault is a resident of St. Catharines. She is formerly the Artistic Director of Essential Collective Theatre and currently the Artistic Director with St. Catharine’s Carousel Players. As an actor, she has performed with The Shaw Festival, The National Arts Centre, Theatre Aquarius, Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre and many other companies.
Lisa Horner, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Lisa Horner, is a Toronto-based actor and until the shutdown she could be found onstage at the Royal Alexandra Theatre playing Beulah in the hit musical Come From Away. She was also seen here at the Foster Festival in our 2016 world premiere production of Norm Foster's Half Way There. She has performed on all four Mirvish stages in Toronto.
Deanna Jones, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Deanna Jones is a co-founder and the Artistic Director of St. Catharine’s theatre company Suitcase in Point which has created and produced 18 new Canadian plays, presented over 40 cabaret sketch comedy shows, and has produced the fantastic In the Soil Arts Festival here in St. Catharines for the last 11 years.
Melanie Janzen, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Melanie Janzen is a St. Catharines-based actor. You will recognize Melanie who played Faye/Angel/Gwen in our 2016 production of Norm Foster's Here on the Flight Path and as Natalie Whittaker in our 2017 world premiere production of Foster's Lunenburg. She has also performed at both The Shaw and Stratford Festivals.
Peter Krantz, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Peter Krantz is based in NOTL. Many will recognize Peter as a long-time company member of the Shaw Festival. You may remember him from our 2017 world premiere production of Foster's Lunenburg and our 2018 world premiere production of Foster's Come Down From Up River - in which Peter just did a reading of as a part of our NORMFLIX - Artist Series.
Erin MacKinnon, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
Erin MacKinnon is a Toronto-based actor who Foster Festival audiences will recognize as Janey Fluck in the Festival's 2019 production of Hilda’s Yard. Erin has also had the privilege of touring with Norm Foster himself and David Nairn in Jonas and Barry in the Home with Drayton Entertainment and Neptune Theatre.
Emily Oriold, Actor Tic, Tac, Foes >>
If you know The Foster Festival, you know Emily Oriold. Emily is the founder and former Executive Director of The Foster Festival and is currently it’s Artistic Producer. She was also onstage herself recently in Theatre Orangeville’s world premiere production of Alison Lawrence’s Too Close to Home directed by David Nairn.

Juan Carlos Velis now makes his home in St. Catharines. He is a film and tv actor who has also appeared on stages across Canada and the U.S, including the Tarragon and Soulpepper theatres in Toronto and with St. Catharine’s own Essential Collective Theatre in their production of Our Lady of Delicias directed by Monica Dufault.
