The Foster Festival is the very first theatre festival in Canada celebrating the work of a living Canadian playwright. Norm Foster comedies have been staged around the world for over two decades – we are honoured to be bringing them home to Canadian theatre lovers!

At The Foster Festival, we showcase the heart and humour of Norm Foster's writing in a dedicated environment, employing the finest Canadian theatre practitioners and to bring you everyday stories that are very, very funny, but also deeply meaningful to and reflective of Canadians.
In addition to producing our summer show series, The Foster Festival team is also very active in our community with outreach programs for kids and adults. It's our belief that a little more laughter is good for everyone's health.
